Chambourcin 2022
A medium bodied red, with scents of cherry and toasted coconut. The palate follows through with blackberry flavors and a silky finish. These flavors and scents blend beautifully in this vintage, which makes a wonderful addition to pork based dinners or chocolate desserts.
Pairing suggestions : Chicken Marsala, Roast Pork Loin, & Sausage
