All event ticket purchases made on our website are final and non refundable.
We want you to enjoy your shopping experience with BellviewWinery.com and therefore our return policy is designed to be as accommodating and flexible as possible. Our policy and procedures depend on the reason for return as follows.
- a) Did we make a mistake with your order? If so we will correct it. If you have any questions or find a problem with your order, please contact our store via phone at 856-697-7172 or via e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will answer any questions and work with you to quickly correct any problems.
If necessary, we will arrange with you to have the items in question returned to us for inspection. Once we receive the returned package, we will inspect the contents and then send out a replacement package to you at our cost. For this reason it is vital that you let us know of any error immediately to ensure the fastest delivery of your new shipment.
- b) Did you find a problem with any of the products you purchased?
If you wish to return your wine for any other reason you may do so. Please repack the wine and send it to “Bellview Winery, Attn: Returns, 150 Atlantic Street, Landisville, NJ 08326” Please include a copy of the original sales receipt with the package. Please note: All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Please note, any problems with the receipt of your package must be called in to us within 30 days of the delivery date! If you suspect the bottle is bad, please just put the cork back in the wine leaving the contents of the wine in the bottle. We can’t take back empty bottles!
